LK is passionate about transparent food allergen labeling, which is why we are the FIRST and ONLY meat snack that's CERTIFIED Top 9 Allergen Free.

We're working to utilize our resources to drive legislation around food allergen labeling because saying "Allergen Free", "Food Allergen Safe", or "Safe for School" isn't regulated and doesn't really mean anything. Brands use those phrases but could actually have dairy, gluten or other allergens in them!

Zero regulation

There's currently NO regulation or definition for the claim "Allergen friendly", "allergen free" or "School safe". Everyone could have their own definitions and we feel this is DANGEROUS. Thats why we're CERTIFIED.
